Refunds & Replacements
If your order didn't meet your expectations, we'd like to hear from you. In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. A prepaid return label will be provided, and your refund will be credited to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned product. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or financial institution.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, unused products in their original packaging (food items must remain unopened) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method once the item has been received.
New Membership Purchase
New memberships are non-refundable. You may have received gifts with the purchase of your membership. In such cases, the gift cannot be exchanged.
Existing Membership Cancellation
For existing memberships, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You have a 14-day grace period after auto-renewal to request a full refund in the event you didn't use the membership during the grace period.
Promotions & Free Shipping Terms
Free shipping is available only for orders delivered within the continental United States. Shipping fees apply to orders outside this region, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations.
